1. General Terms
- 1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by A Dot Locksmith ("we," "us,"
"our").
- 1.2 By hiring us for locksmith services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
- 1.3 We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services
constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
2. Services Provided
- 2.1 A Dot Locksmith offers locksmith services, including but not limited to lock repair, key
cutting, lock installation, lock changes, break-in repairs, and key extension.
- 2.2 We strive to deliver services promptly and professionally. However, we cannot be held
responsible for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as traffic or weather
conditions.
3. Payments
- 3.1 Payment for all services must be made upon completion unless otherwise agreed upon in
writing.
- 3.2 We accept cash, credit cards, and other agreed payment methods.
- 3.3 Prices for services are provided in advance or based on an agreed estimate. Any additional
charges for unexpected issues will be discussed with the client before proceeding.
- 3.4 Failure to pay for services may result in additional fees or legal action to recover costs.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- 4.1 Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- 4.2 Cancellations made without sufficient notice may incur a cancellation fee.
- 4.3 A Dot Locksmith reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to emergencies or
other unavoidable circumstances.
5. Liability
- 5.1 A Dot Locksmith will not be liable for any damages caused by the misuse or mishandling of
our services after completion.
- 5.2 While we take the utmost care to ensure the quality of our services, A Dot Locksmith is not
responsible for any pre-existing damage to locks, doors, or property.
- 5.3 We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage caused directly or indirectly by delays or
service interruptions beyond our control.
6. Warranties
- 6.1 All new lock installations come with a warranty against defects for a period of 12 months.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance, or tampering.
- 6.2 Key cutting and duplication services are warranted for 30 days. If a key does not work
correctly within this period, we will provide a free replacement.
7. Break-in Repairs
- 7.1 Our break-in repair service includes repairing or replacing damaged locks and, where
possible, securing your property.
- 7.2 A Dot Locksmith will not be held responsible for any security breaches that occur before or
after the repair service.
8. Privacy
- 8.1 We are committed to protecting your privacy and will not share your personal information
with any third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
- 8.2 Any personal information collected is used solely for the purpose of delivering our services
and maintaining customer relations.
9. Emergency Services
- 9.1 Emergency services are provided on a 24/7 basis, but availability may be subject to
locksmiths being in your area.
- 9.2 Emergency services may incur additional charges depending on the time of day, location, and
nature of the service.
10. Governing Law
- 10.1 These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of

11. Dispute Resolution
- 11.1 In the event of any disputes or disagreements arising from our services, we encourage you
